Managing Partner of B&G Consulting Group (2015 to 2022). Law firm with experience in Corporate, Real Estate and Notarial Law.  

• Led the purchase of Mexican companies by U.S. companies. He was in charge of the compliance process, financial statements, trademarks and other assets of the company.
• Accompanied different clients in the formation, creation and incorporation of companies.
• Advised different developers in their processes from obtaining feasibility studies and the choice of legal vehicles, to the marketing and sale of real estate.

Jr. Attorney - Legal Department (Lawyer of Zánitas and Astrum) 2012-2014

• Implemented a strategy of standardization of all contract formats, achieving a reduction of up to 50% in the response time to customer requests (contracts for the provision of services, leasing, commercial loans, etc.).
• Led the negotiation with a U.S. supplier in Chapter 11, and reached an agreement to discontinue the satellite services provided to group companies.

Legal Practitioner. (Citrofrut Group-Practitioner) 2011-2012

• Initiated the legal steps for the Gas Pipeline Project for one of the group's production plants in Veracruz, laying the foundations for what became EnerCitro. 
• Conducted legal research on economic competition, concluding in the development of parameters to avoid falling into practices that would result in sanctions by the Federal Antitrust Commission.

 (Social Service) (January 2011 → July 2011)

• Performed more than 350 legal services (family, criminal, civil, legal research) to low-income groups.
• Directly supported the granting of Free Wills in the citizen brigades.
